Apple home keys let you add a digital key to the Wallet app on your iPhone and Apple Watch. Just hold your device near the lock to unlock — no app to open, and it works even when your phone’s battery is low, thanks to power reserve.
Do I need an iPhone?
arre Smart Lock is built around Apple Home and Apple home keys, so an iPhone (and optionally an Apple Watch) gives you the full experience. You can also unlock with an access code or a physical key.
What happens if the battery dies?
You’ll get low-battery alerts well in advance. If it ever does run out, you can still get in with your access code or the included physical key.
Can I give guests access?
Yes. Create unique access codes for family, guests, or service providers, share home keys from the Apple Home app, and review access history — then revoke access anytime.
What's your shipping policy?
Free standard shipping on orders over $75. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days, express takes 2–3 business days. All orders ship within 1–2 business days with tracking provided via email.
