Open Shortcuts → Automation
In the Shortcuts app, open the Automation tab and tap + → New Automation.

Choose “NFC”, then Scan
Hold the top of your iPhone to the arre tag until it’s recognized, give it a name, and tap Next.

Add your actions
Send a message, set an Apple Home scene, play a playlist, start a Focus — stack as many as you like.

Turn off “Ask Before Running”
So it fires the instant you tap. Done — tap the tag anytime to run it.
